What happens after the trial?
You choose a plan or your own bundle. We email an invoice; once payment is recorded your workspace stays active. If you do nothing, the workspace is locked (your data is kept) until you pick a plan.
Do you take cards online?
Not yet. Billing is by invoice, and the platform team marks it paid. You are never charged automatically.
What counts as a seat?
One signed-in user. Every plan includes some seats; extra seats are a flat monthly price each. Invited partners (owners) are users too.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes, from Billing in the app. Removing a module hides its pages but never deletes your data.
Do I need Twilio and SendGrid accounts?
For real SMS, WhatsApp, voice and email, yes: you bring your own accounts and numbers. Without them the communication modules run in a safe simulator.
